I'm pretty sure you don't. Do you understand this exert from the past filings,
"secured by a security interest in substantially all of the assets of the Company and its subsidiaries."?
This is something a 12 year old could understand. They probably wouldn't even bother filing for bankruptcy protection as there isn't anything left to protect....
