Notice the passage in the recent 10Q where Heddle explains not only does P2O have no money to fix the broken processors, they also have no cash to resume the marketing and sales of the processors ?
That means they can't run them or sell them until they raise funds.
So much for waiting for news of a sale.
That clearly can't happen according to the 10Q Heddle signed off on.
