Re: Locke #5645
Notice that the boss went silent shortly thereafter the complaint was filed. He made his statement about filing in 2016 and since the KBM complaint has fallen silent. What is on HJOE SM is not the same as coming from the CEOs mouth. PR's have forward looking and safe harbor statements that protect the company in such cases as they don't hit their mark. SM is completely different. They are simply tweeting fundamental growth of dealers, pictures of users and events that take place.

The most recent PR did have Veal speak about the growth of the company with the chips. I'm not sure the impact it would have if he repeated what we already know from SM? Forget the fiscals, he is being told to show jurisprudence. He's not going to share as a party to a lawsuit and individual being sued.

Honestly, I wouldn't say anything about the International deals until they became deals. SM telling us there are meetings is one thing, but when the deal is done, if it gets done, then I'm sure we will hear from the boss.

If the KBM loan is not the last, but the courts side in our favor (ie, blocking conversions) it opens the door for quick settlements with other lenders as a precedence will be set. If other lenders step up and sue, then perhaps we won't hear from Veal for an extended period of time. That's the risks we all take in the OTC. You either have the stones to see it out, or you move on to the next one. JMHO.
