For those not aware, or those pretending to be confused again, funding is always a concern for penny stock companies. You'll know when it is not a concern when the company is no longer a penny stock and moves up to another exchange. Any honest penny stock company should have language in their financials that points this out. If you go back through financials for SFRX, you'll see funding has always been a concern. It's why the price of penny stocks, in general, is so low. If consistent funding was no longer an issue for a considerable amount of time, the company's price would probably rise, especially if it came through a revenue stream.
