You know Milton, you are talking in circles. Obviously I went to court and got the company back in order to help the shareholders. You don't have to like me, but I have always acted on a belief and goal to increase the shareholders value. That includes me, as one of the shareholders. There is a process and a sequence of events that has to happen according to the rules and regulations by all the regulatory agencies, such as FINRA, DTCC and SEC. I have just fired all of Mr.Linduffs BOD and officers, including his attorney, as per the Judges orders. I'm actually surprised that most people did not notice that Mr.Linduff and Doug Bruford his attorney sued the company TDEY, while they were still the company's CEO and attorney of record, and their people were on Board of Directors. When I hired my attorney to represent me, I legally couldn't even hire my attorneys on behalf of TDEY, because Linduff and Bruford were still in charge of the company. I had to request the judge to rule to reinstate me and recognize my K shares so that I could actually represent and protect the shareholders. Just ask yourself, who do they serve with the court papers? Themselves? I ended up signing the court judgement as the EV the individual, and also as the President and CEO of TDEY. So at least now, we don't have a fear of being de-listed or have a suspension of trade placed on us by the SEC. You may not be happy about the NO BID, but I'm sure you and the other investors would really be upset if we got de-listed with NO chance of trading again. That's what we were facing. In view of these circumstances, we will be conducting full investigation . Also, to answer your other question, the dividends and other corporate actions were also slowed down, because of this litigation that we had with Mr.Linduff. Believe it or not, but the same "Kevin" that Mr.Linduff had to deal with representing FINRA corporate actions divisions, is the same "Kevin" who is reviewing our dividend and other corporate actions that I have in other public companies. And yes,the innuendo that was announced about our management , that we were "being investigated" by the new management, did slow things down. That is why, I had to get back in and correct the wrong. So, we will be announcing the developments and findings on all the fronts. Also, we will be filing all the past due financials and get current with OTC Markets and all of our filings. And finally, I will be reviewing all the contracts and deals and will let our legal disclose what we found.
