Wow it is amazing what you can do with facts: you posted the following : DENYING PLAINITFF'S MOTION TO SHOW CAUSE AND MODIFYING THE PERMANENT INJUNCTION DENIED 05/18/16 SSS
The court did not "DENY" modifying the permanent injunction. As we all know the court DID Modiffy the permanent injunction( NOT DENY), BUT did include a penalty that is coercive in nature and recognized that was needed to change your co conspirator's behavior.
