I must be. Perhaps you can point out where you said the Plaintiff (aka POS) had their motion denied?
The "gag order" was never lifted. The fact that Huffman told Kyle a LIE and the idiot, as well as shareholders believed that LIE doesn't mean it was ever in place. What was in place was an injunction not to post false info or defamatory comments about the company, but when the Judge told the Koward the posts he referenced didn't mention SFRX, he LIED and said it was posted on the SFRX board.
The Judge explained the Defendant's right quite well. The Court can't ORDER something that violates the US Constitution. Idiots like Hunt, Huffman, and Kyle the Koward think they can. So I guess that's why you thought you didn't "leave that part out", since you seem to believe it too.
Most amusing.
BTW, Huffman told me last year SFRX was watching every move I make, yet they seem real scared to make a move.
So disappointing.
