I disagree. The 8K says "The AMDX Acquisition closed upon the execution of the Exchange Agreement."
That means the deal closed on May 11.
After the deal closes, there is no option to terminate the agreement.
"
c) by any party, if all the conditions to the obligations of such party for Closing the Transactions shall not have been satisfied or waived on or
before the Final Date (as defined below) other than as a result of a breach of this Agreement by the terminating party"
All of the conditions for closing have been satisfied or waived because it closed on May 11.
That means the deal closed on May 11.
After the deal closes, there is no option to terminate the agreement.
