Pretty interesting response. The best we can hope for is they actually do a descent deal with ESS and save the day. This whole thing with the 10k being delayed, the registration statement never filed, the first meeting canceled- all seems like a stall to buy more time- let's hope. The one saving grace of all this is the leak-out agreements. Without those, we'd be sub-penny by now. Even with the AS increase, the toxics aren't going to be able to dump the shares- they'll have to sell pretty slowly.
Does anyone know how much time they would need to file the proxy statement prior to a vote? The meeting is scheduled for June 6th, so pretty soon and if they run out of time, maybe the vote would be delayed again- at this point nothing would surprise me about this co.
