Let me try to be more clear in my statement. You don't typically find CEOs in the OTC investing a big chunk of their own assets into the company they are running.

Sure, I've read stories where they do, but then not too long after, start printing tons of shares and make back that money and then some....but do little to really do what it takes to grow the company. It's a classic scam.

Again, in trying to be crystal clear, TPAC imo is the total opposite....and why I've invested in it.
