Of course this absolutely zero to do with the KBM complaint filed against HJOE.
A few learned the term Usury and are throwing it around without having any comprehension of the Usury laws in New York.
KBM and Asher have provided many scam companies like HJOE loans and have never been fined, indicted or prosecuted for violation of the Usury laws.
The KBM lawsuit is about breach of contract - why didn't HJOE initiate the lawsuit?
HJOE admitted they borrowed the money knowing that they couldn't repay the loan - that is fraud. But we all know Adamson is very familiar with fraud.
TCA cracked HJOE's head in court and the terms of their loan are very similar to those of KBM.
If HJOE was generating all of the revenue that is claimed they could have easily repaid the loan - but HJOE has refused to provide any financial information - in Discovery KBM will file a Motion to have a independent auditor look at the HJOE financials to see the financial health - that is when the fun will start and just like in the PLN case HJOE will refuse to provide the requested information.
It will be another defeat in court for HJOE.
