Vis Vires concern... I'm not concerned and here's why..
I touched on Vis Vires way back in Post #271.
There is a very high degree of risk involved in trading and investing. I assume no responsibility for your trading and investment results. You should NOT rely on the information in any post to make any decision or take any action.
It is true that Vis Vires purchased 9.99% of the outstanding shares in SCIE back in November 2015. What I find interesting is that at the time, I don't think anyone talked about it in the online boards until now.
Perhaps some investors are thinking, "Vis Vires bought 9.99% of SCIE???? WHY!????? AHHHH!!!!!"
But as usual, real life isn't as dramatic as online forums can make it appear. You see, Vis Vires buys 9.99% shares outstanding in DOZENS AND DOZENS OF STOCKS. Don't believe me?
Google "Vis Vires group" "9.99" (with quotes) and see what pops up. I'm not making this stuff up. Go search it for yourself. Countless webpages babbling about Vis Vires buying 9.99% of shares in company after company after company. SCIE was bound to be picked eventually.
They've bought 9.99% of shares in IFXY, USRM... here.. see for yourself:

See? Crazy right? List after list of SEC 13G's. I believe this company buys 9.99% shares in countless companies (using SEC form 13G) with the notion of 'power in numbers. It's like playing the lotto. If you buy all of the number combinations, eventually you're going to win.
I believe Vis Vires hopes that if they invest in enough companies, eventually they're going to pick at least one winner.
Which brings us to the 13G. Notice they filed 13G and NOT 13D. This means they are PASSIVE investors .
Spectrascience is slowing making progress, day in and day out. Again, slow? Yes. But slow is relative. Slow to a short term investor can be a week. Long terms think of 'slow' as in years.
If Vis Vires, or a red candlestick, or progress not happening fast enough concerns some investors, please remember that we ALL have the ability to sell our shares at any time. No one is stopping us from selling. We're all individually responsible for our profits and losses. But again, as of this post, Vis Vires is of no concern to me.
