Republicans have always gotten the blame for everything. I think it is because they approach a problem looking for a solution. Democrats approach a solution and look for a problem and then blame the problem on the Republicans. They are spectacular at this charade and the republicans have never figured this out.

Sweeping generalization that doesn't hold up to scrutiny. If you think a Party that has become has rigidly ideological as the GOP doesn't pursue the wrong solutions for real AND fanciful problems, you haven't been paying attention. How about 'supply side economics'?

There is no widespread voting fraud, but suppressing the vote is advantageous for the GOP. So the solution to a non-problem is voter ID, fewer voting locations and shorter voting times, in minority areas.

Caught several times and changed. But the attempts were clearly voter suppression. Several GOP officials have conceded the purpose, on video.

Also, let's require college kids to vote in their home town because, sure, going home a few weeks before Thanksgiving is fine.

Planned Parent Hood is overwhelmingly a provider of health screening for women AND men. Contraception services reduce unwanted pregnancies and by extension, abortions.

PP provided Abortions are relatively few and bookkeeping is required by the Hyde Amendment to prevent comingling of funds to provide abortions

Every single State that has investigated PP has found no violation of any laws.

I could give you plenty more examples of GOP driven 'solutions'/agendas for non-existent problems.

But you get the drift.
