While the news should transpire into something very positive over the mid to long term, I think that the fact that it was not what people expected caused it to shake the price a bit(which has benefited at least a few picking up the panic). And as Jeff mentioned, the bottom of the channel was tested and held. To close even or better would be great. .0027 is one tick below the 50MA, currently at .0028. Dropping it down one tick below the 50 will almost always cause at least a little shake. .0029 close or better keeps us above the 50 and on solid footing. I really think that this PR could have had a whole different reaction if it included the 1M in licensing revs, balanced out with the licensing agreement fees, giving us the net revs from the 1M in licensing.
