I'm not going to get into it, but a judgment has a lot of ways around it, even if it might not appear so on the surface. Your assumption that it won't change is what is not entirely correct.
It does have everything to do with it. COR isn't suing IHUB, its seeking information. You add 1+1 and you can see what CORs game plan is (or at least what appear to be the likely possibilities). Carter disappearing makes a lot of sense both if he/company isn't guilty AND in the alternative that this is was a scam. I lean towards the first. There is also the fact that it is being characterized as a scam which arguably was "perfectly legal" as it isn't quite clear there was bad intent (and other parties were equal if not more responsible for this mess). How about the party that introduced the shares? How about the coincidental timing of Janice and crew (wouldn't surprise me if this was naked shorted while the shares were being introduced). Seems to me that until everything is clarified you can forget about this stock ever coming back. That can take some time.
Being optimistic won't get your money back nor should you create expectations based on others opinions. The truth is no one knows how this will play out but I can understand both sides of the coin. However, to me the only one that makes sense is the one I choose to believe. Could I be wrong? Yes.
Again, I suggest you focus on something else. My guess is asking for Carter to respond won't result in anything.
