If COR received a default judgment against CRGP then that is who they have to collect from. IMO any shareholders who received dividends are clear. That's why the court gave COR the default judgment against CRGP in the last few days. To release the innocent form legal action. They can not collect from both IMO. A judgment against CRGP is the final word. Collect from CRGP.
