I share that same concern. I think it would be beneficial for the company to take a break after the merger and focus on everyday business for a bit. If, and that is a big if, the company ends up being as successful as we all think they can be. That should make for plenty of room for the PPS to grow naturally. There is also always the share buyback option as well. Sure it is more expensive than a RS, but it would certainly go a long way in the eyes of the shareholders.
