GS, very well stated! Let me explain it a different way to HangoverJoeFan. There are shareholders that would sale a small portion of their position to purchase a dealership. If (when) the pps hits .02 a shareholder could sale 2 million shares for 40k, purchase a dealership and have a little working capital for business operations.
The longer litigation drags out adds delay to HJOE's financial filings. In turn that does add doubt to dealers setting on the fence or dealers willing to sale shares to purchase a dealership. What would dealership be if the doubts were eliminated. I'm willing to say dealerships sold would be twice what they are.
