You are 100% right. The dealer side has zero to do with the stock side and as you've said, its just a bonus for them. The two things do not need to coexist. However, you're here for the same reason we are, correct? I'm a product user, supporter of the company, control the information that goes on the board from our members here, along with the other moderators, upload videos, gain banners for them, etc. I am also a shareholder like you and everyone else here. We do have to acknowledge that, this is important too, right? It'll affect your bottom line, mine, and every other person who posts here, minus the detractors who occasionally venture here to throw around their typical fraud and scam talk. We know that's bullshit, but for you and I and everyone else, we still need to acknowledge that the financial health of the company is just as important as the fundamental growth (which is outstanding). One cannot coexist without the other in the long run as a public entity. Of that I am certain.
Thus, lengthy litigation, which was the opening of this line of discussion will only make it that much longer for HJOE to become current. I think they will, I am a believer that they will, but the timing of it, is still what is the unknown variable. That is not a criticism, they are doing what they need to do to protect themselves and ultimately shareholders, but I can see it being the continued psychological barrier that is stopping Joe from being the total monster we know it can be.
