I posted the Cummins downward financial outlook in another view, cockeyed maybe, of the two PRS you posted here. IMO, JackP taking a different tack than GC to find the target market.
I have had experience contacting corporations nationally for sales generation. Suggest COTE would spend time well by reaching out to a wide market of innovators and manufacturers. Just to test this thought, I called up a US mfr of diesel, etc generators, etc. The sales person expressed an interest in what I mentioned of COTE capability and I was upfront that I was a personal investor not employed or paid, etc. So maybe go wider, COTE.
