had meetings with Cummins Power Systems LLC executives at the Coates headquarters in New Jersey on March 18, 2015. In attendance were the General Manager of Power Generation, Mr. John Zamarra, and the Manager of Marketing and Sales, Mr. J.R. Kisylia. The purpose of this meeting was to organize the supply of industrial generator sets, engines and components to Coates to ramp-up its production here in The United States of America.
During the meeting, there was a demonstration of a Cummins industrial engine that was rebuilt by Coates with the CSRV (Coates Spherical Rotary Valve) system, installed in a 150 KW industrial generator, operating on natural gas. Also, smaller units operating on propane, hydrogen and other fuels were observed in operation.
Proposals and agreements are in place for the supply of complete industrial generator sets as follows:
Model GFPA - 150 K.W. 277/480 V. 3 Phase 4 Wire 60 Hertz 1800 R.P.M.
Model GFPC - 200 K.W. 277/480 V. 3 Phase 4 Wire 60 Hertz 1800 R.P.M.
Model GFBC - 250 K.W. 277/480 V. 3 Phase 4 Wire 60 Hertz 1800 R.P.M.
Model GFJB - 500 K.W. 277/480 V. 3 Phase 4 Wire 60 Hertz 1800 R.P.M.
Including engines, parts and components to ramp-up production of the Coates production operations in The United States of America.

Coates International, Ltd. (OTC PINK: COTE) (the "Company" is pleased to announce that Executives from Cummins visited the Coates headquarters in New Jersey on Thursday, January 28, 2016, where they observed a number of Coates CSRV engines and generator sets in operation on natural gas, diesel and propane. They also took the opportunity to inspect the progress of the project to retrofit a Cummins 250 KW generator that was delivered to the Coates headquarters one month ago. Progress is being made with retrofitting the CSRV system to this unit. When completed, it will operate on natural gas or propane combined with diesel fuel. The gen set was for emergency or standby operations. When retrofitted with the Coates CSRV system it will be suitable for primetime operations.
In attendance at the meeting were Mr. Robert J. Volkman, Executive Director, Cummins Bridgeway LLC, Mr. Brian Cathcart, Territory Manager, Power Products, Cummins Power Generation and Mr. John Zamarra, General Manager, Power Generation Sales, Cummins Power Systems, LLC.
Company President and CEO Mr. George J. Coates comments: "Coates International, Ltd. must get into production in large numbers of products as fast as we can while orders are still fresh. Whether it takes place in the USA, India or China. We may also consider a joint effort with Cummins in the USA or China. This will depend on how talks go."
