ICAN335 who knows a lot about MAXD says the ratio is 14.5...
For every 14.5 shares of MAXD you will receive 1 share of IMHC WHICH will be restricted for one year before you can sale them 2017...

I suggest if you have any questions about MAXD ask ICAN335 he is very knowledgeable about MAXD and follows it very closely.....
