I noticed on the MAXD board several things which could contribute to future revenue for TMMI. Earlier this week, not today's MAXD news, MAXD listed several items including something hinting at plans for marketing streaming video. I may have inferred too much here, but, it did seem to be a tangential reference to their trade-name connect with TMMI. Not to solid a statement, but published non the less.
Today I noted MAXD stating they will receive 48MM IMHC shares at $0.80 per share for the sale of a portion of their technology. Everyone needs to understand that PR as it looks good. Here's why!
Do the math: Market CAP is $4.8MM, shares outstanding 647,642,452: That is .74 shares of IMHC for each MAXD you have.
250,000 MAXD = 18,528 IMHC or $14,822.
500,000 MAXD = $29,600
1,000,000 MAXD = $59,200
NOT SO BAD. Do the math, see if I screwed up.
