No lies there, just a technical slip. It's obvious that the company is taking the appropriate measures and wasting no time doing it, including an emergency hearing. It may take a long time to reach settlement, but it shouldn't take the court long to assess the existing evidence and put a halt on any ridiculous measures requested in the Meadows Motion.
