Read the PR again. There has been no counterclaim suit filed. The PR simply was an announcement of their PLANS to file a counter suit. I expect their conferclaim will be filed in conjunction with their initial response to the plaintiffs (Roy Meadows) petition and summons. Let's try to keep the facts straight here. We're not lie hub.
