no the *EOY* set up re: PTOI's *resets via compression* got underway in late August
via those *12500* .. *trades* .. which no doubt syndicate
believed would be undertaken *shortly* by whomever was *tasked* with
the 3M block being sold ..
too bad CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE didn't do the *basic* DD there too ..
note to self: always note pattern change outs
SEP 2015 .. NN had to SPLIT with VNDM approx 800K per so they didn't trigger
threshold (reg sho) .. %s = 30.11%
