Obviously the company is aware of their authorized and issued shares
I believe that NOBO and OBO reports are available to the managements that request them.
Should the above be true, NTEK should be able to tell us how many shares the shorts have created through the use of various shorting startegies. In fact, all companies should be in this position.
Why do they not all share the NOBO and OBO results?
