As an investor in Nanotech Entertainment along with many others who are also invested long term, we are making a request for Nanotech Entertainment's management to consider the use of Shareintel's software and services ( https://www.shareintel.com/ ). As we're all aware that the the market has manipulated the stock and the true valuation of Ntek is not reflected due to these illegal practices. Our goals are one and same as the Company's , that is, to see the success of Ntek and it's true valuation.
We believe that all tools should be used to reach those goals and as loyal and long term investors, we're urging you to give serious consideration to the use of the valuable resources and services for the Company to gain it's rightful place in the market.
On another matter that's of concern is the reverse split, we're not happy to go that route in getting the recapitalization plans achieved, so we'd like for you to consider all other options first and foremost and only if deemed necessary that a reverse split must be done, we feel, it should be the least in ratio, it should be, if the company has to.
We urge you to please give these matters due consideration and we thank all those in Nanotech for the dedication and hard work in making Nanotech Entertainment a great company in which we as investors would like to keep on adding capital to making it successful.
