Exactly. These lawsuits can continue to get delayed until the plaintiffs just say fuck it and drop the case. To see it pop up on 4/20 just shows they are out to hurt Jerry personally. Maybe Jerry told him that he would make millions instantly and the guy is mad he has to stay long, who knows.
Even if we drop 50% we still gained 25% this monyh. This lawsuit stuff happens and they usually get dropped. Don't worry about it.
