A one-line PR release link buried a under "a wall of text" link that starts with SHAREHOLDER ALERT in caps.
You'd think this was the evening news hour:
9:50: MULTIPLE PEOPLE SHOT on subway on the way to work by a couple of evil people wearing clown suits who were wielding semi-automatics while smoking cigars. Police and SWAT on notice, waiting at next station, massive shootout possible, parents of deceased weep, clown shooters linked to terrorism, possible bio-chem bomb at previous station, and a kitten is lost in central park
9:00: Cancer cured.
