RH imo doesn't .. but i also believe he's recognized what *change* needs
to be implemented going forward re: P2O
i can't *dis* RH for *trying* out ECO .. (external sales) ..
i like many others would have been less than thrilled had ECO had another
extension ..
imo there are *many* companies who can provide their own *funds* for P2O's tech
now what i'm looking for out of RH is what *internal* change gets filed next
mgmt addition/s .. blending facility leased provides revenue income and
and an *infusion* of new thinking in addition to existing ..
