Went back and read the "bio" again. I'm pretty sure the 40 mil is the total amount to date that he has raised. Over the past 3-4 years that's about right even though alot of it was toxic.
A big case of wishful thinking.
If AMBS recently raised 40 million it would have had to be disclosed.
