Don't be deceived by the calm!
"The parties will cooperate to complete due diligence on or before April 16th 2016 with a proposed closing date of May 1, 2016 or earlier if possible."
A Roaring Tsunami always occurs after the water appears to recede drastically with great calm (no bid for a long time), then we see a little ripple, and LOOK OUT!!!
Take note of the warning sign and GET PREPARED!!
