"On February 26, 2016 we entered into a binding Letter of Intent with MK Technologies LLC (a related party to Ronn Motor Group), in relation to the purchase of its fuel enhancement technologies and all its Assets..."
I previously posted that I thought MK stood for Maxwell/Huhn and that's obviously correct since now it states above that MK Technologies is connected to Ronn Motor Group, no doubt via its CEO, Ronn Maxwell himself. And Kuhn was a former CO of Ronn Motor Company, who now has a company called Diamondback Engines. Both of them signed the LOI with Kevin Yates.
When it says: "Ronn Motor Group is going through a corporate restructuring.", could it be restructured as "MK Technologies, LLC"? or with MK Technologies as a subsidiary of RMG? I think RMG still has a contract with Gray Design to build a super yacht and super car combination for ultra millionaires, so I doubt RMG is out of the picture completely.
Like I said, a lot is going on behind the scenes, and ppl better be ready. When it goes, it won't likely be slowly!!!
