I am going to go out on a limb here and say that I am not expecting the toxics to sell anymore for a very long time. There really can only be 2 reasons that I can see why they have not sold in the last week. One, is that their legal counsel has told them to stop because of the legal proceedings in which case, they may end up not selling anymore until the case is resolved, which could be years, or at least until the price is significantly higher so that they don't expose themselves to anymore scrutiny if it goes to court.
The second possibility is that GC is in discussions with them to pay them off or at least pay them down and/or renegotiate the terms as part of a bigger refinance, partnership, etc. - who knows. I think the more likely scenario is the legal reasons. If this is the case, we could see a HUGE jump in price on any good news. You can see how much it has run in the last week without the toxics selling. Even if current share count is 40- 50 million shares, we should be well above 50 cents per share and maybe close to a $1.
