"I'm curious, are any of our shareholders from the New York area planning to attend the hearing between HJOE and KBM? I would love to be a fly on the wall in that court room, but can't make the trip out there. Maybe someone who is in the vicinity could go and report back to us, just a thought."
excellent thought if anyone would be able to make it and report back. more than likely it will be a brief hearing but it would be nice to get an unadultered, first hand account of the attitude of the judge towards the respective parties, what was argued (and how), and where it was left.
