They can charge ridiculous amounts of money for the drug IF approved, like the article said.
I was not familiar that it was such an easy task to get ODD, that part was new to me. I always thought it would be more work and that it was hard to get ODD. Shows what i knew.
Its great that we have all these ODD's for multiple drugs/indications and in my view it does make our pipeline more interesting to maybe 3rd parties but we first need to actually start a trial and get an approval by the FDA before the ODD actually does anything for us down the road.
Side note: Adam Feuerstein is a hack, a short sellers puppet. I'm no fan of his.
