It's obvious I am far outnumbered here and on the Hub. It is also obvious some have an inside connection.....i.e. court docs posted before they could be ordered.
That said, I posted an email from Jim Sinclair in which he disputed a claim about gold coins being found on the current site. Yet I have no connection whatsoever to SFRX or Sinclair.
Where is the readily available info that would prove the Defendant lied? Where is the proof the archaeologist found goid coins as SFRX told the Court?
Where is the proof what Mary provided wasn't the actual permit the LLC obtained and I posted a link to?
Why is it we see things posted like..... I called the state and they said you're wrong? Why is it I have documents no one can dispute except with "alleged" phone calls? Why hasn't anyone posted the 3 items provision signed by Kyle and the FBAR?
At some point in a lawsuit don't you think a Court is going to ask for proof my statements are false?
Do you think Kyle is going to be allowed to submit posts by members claiming they spoke with the FBAR and that will suffice?
And if my arguments are persuasive here, how much more persuasive will they be in a Court of law?
Lastly, since I worked with the same company as Huffman did, ticker TEXX, and knowing what I know happened there, couldn't my motivation simply be to alert the public of his M.O?
I also have reason to believe Kyle 's daughter Kara aided Huffman in fraud. at TEXX. And ClearTrust just happens to be SFRX's TA.
But why does my motivation have to even be considered? Why can't my statements simply be proven false?
Folks told the Defendant to get in touch with Roger Smith, and he did. When he posted the email, Roger Smith was suddenly under attack. There wasn't an email or other documentation disputing Smith's email. Smith simplly became the target, along with the Defendant.
It's rather shameful.
