John Snyder went to Harvard and was named one of the top "40 litigators under 40" in New York, so he is no slouch.
I think the trading during the last week has been very surprising - low volume and the first increase we've had in a LONG time. It seems the toxics have not been selling at all since last Tuesday when we had the huge 14 million share day. I can't remember the last time this has been the case. I wonder if these attorney letters have had something to do with that?
What I don't understand though is I thought the leak out agreements prevented selling more than 10% of the daily volume, but we did have high volume and a continued decline up until last Tuesday.
