They are very good points, and Im not some pumper, Im just looking at the bigger picture here. I do marketing for a living and know many CPA's. Brand new audits are different than just making a financial report, you would know that. There is back and fourth between the SEC to get it right, not to mention, we know they had to redo an extra year cuz of the disqualified person (cant remember the name.)
Besides the financials, I honestly think they are done those. I think they are working on the marketing end of releasing everything here. The marketing end is a lot, you dont want to essentially announce the official completion of the merger with brand new financials with an outdated website, no social media, no ad campaign, etc. As much as you all want to have this stuff out now, its not a smart business move, you need to have all your ducks in order before you go out and spend all this money on a marketing campaign.
How would you feel if you get an email about this company, then check out their website and it hasnt been updated in two years? That will stop a lot of people from buying the stock right there dead in their tracks. They wont bother looking into anything else and will move on to the next stock.
As far as people selling? Who is it? Who knows, they arent selling in huge numbers, they are small numbers they are selling at, they are probably people paranoid that nothing came out yet. Its part of the game and happens with every stock. Hell, some people might be selling cuz of 21zanny over at iscam, who knows. I think everyone is thinking too deep into this, there is a reason we are the investors and not the CEO of a publicly trading company, give them their time, let them get it right. They told us 71 days on Feb 2nd, it hasnt been that long yet. Lets all breath here... lol.
