The fact that they have not updated their website and they have not paid the Delaware fees and they keep leaking information that then bumps the pps and Levy has been telling people the fins were going to come out "this week" since the middle of March and they never do and he never says why....
He must know that the "information" he is sharing with me and others will be posted here.

All of that is insider information. Then someone is selling. Who in their right mind would sell in the days before the financials are released. I know some think its shorts but I don't think it is.
Shorting a stock begins with a sale. That would assume that within the next day or so there will be a dramatic drop in the stock. There have been no giant drops to make it worth shorting this stock that way. Someone is selling.
I can tell you I am ticked off every day this goes on. The fact that he said the fins would be out in mid-March and then didn't release them and then told me last week they would be out this week and they are not. I am sure he thought I would share that here. I really think its just bs. The fact that he tells one person the fins are done and then tells Thurgood yesterday they are not or implies it is a lot of work to do.
All I am saying is that people buying tons of this stock should wait to see if they file the financials at all.
I work in Accounting. It does not take 6 months to prepare financial statements. The information is in the system already. You basically run reports, review them, make adjusting entries which are the same almost every month and then file the reports. It is not rocket science. I realize there is a merger being done here but Levy needs to stop telling people the financials are coming out if they are not.
