I had an order to buy in the low .02's but it did

I had an order to buy in the low .02's but it did not fill and was afraid to buy at .027 and missed the run . I have been watching this stock now for months . At times it goes down 34% to then have a gain of 20% . That's a 50% gain if you can time it correctly. Maybe tomorrow AMBS will touch the .019 area. If not soon . Or was that bottom ?
