Yes he said shortly and it's going on 2 weeks now so news should come up this week or sometime next week . Am not sure if the news will be good enough to run AMBS to .15 but who knows . I would fell some safety buying under .03 or .02 better just for a quick flip but other than that this company is on its way to a slow death which it shows in the PPS . Of course GC could come up with another reverse split since that seems to be an ( only ) option at this time since the series H convertibles are still toxic here.
