I tend to be optimistic and this is the statement that leaped out at me in your post: "Certificate Pursuant to NRS 78.209 (NRS 78.209)
Increases or decreases the number of authorized shares and correspondingly increasing or decreasing the number of issued and outstanding shares of the same class or series."
Could we be looking at a decrease in the authorized possibly? I get goose bumps just thinking about the effect that would have on anyone that was short!
