You need to go back to law school. Your buddy was found guilty. The Court is deciding the penalty phase. I don't see your buddy posting about SFRX, and I am certain he would if he was legally able to do so.
If he is innocent, please have him post on this or any other SFRX board.

I can't speak of the three items or the 80/20 because I have not read completely or believe I understand completely the rules of Florida. I do believe the company.
