I'm not sure you are understanding how this type of thing works (wink, wink, I know you do) but when you openly and wrongfully defame and slander someone by lying and fabricating information about them and a publicly traded company (with shareholders) to satiate your own personal vendetta and then receive a cease and desist letter from their attorney, you don't then get to make "requests" and "put them on notice" hoping all the lies you told are swept under the rug with no hard feelings.
I don't know how the company or Kyle will handle it but I'm hoping he pursues this to the fullest extent allowed by law, which doesn't appear to be in your favor.
