Thank you Jeanne F! Honestly, to me it looks like since AMBS and Magna share the same lawyer and Jason is a known death spiral financer that Gerald had to know what the result of using Magna's funding would be to shareholders. After that deal was made it seems is when Gerald basically quit reaching out to us in any meaningful way. Thank you so much in pursuing this.
