I think the timing of the meeting and proxy filing was so they could have it within 120 days of the end of the fiscal year. but since, for some reason, they can't get the 10k in time, they are just going to wait.
and I don't presume anything is going on. all these money deals have been reworked one way or the other without immediate decimation, just the slow gradual decimation that keeps us clinging to hope.

by the way, SEC is not "looking at us" and when regulators, judges, and barristers speak of investors like us they will hear arguments like the 10k hasn't been filed on time.... ever and use words like sophisticated to refer to whoever ends up with these assets and gambler to those of us who've so far been screwed. because we all should have known better, and we all have to live with whatever outcome and whether we stick around to see it.
best thing GC said last week was theyre still confident ESS trial starts "very shortly" God I pray it to be true, I just still don't see how they're going to time a burn victim though world trends seems supportive...
