Just finished reading Sullivan's response and all the posts for the day, and I gotta say, YIPPEEE! Y'all know my feeling s on the matter and I'll reiterate once more what Leo has said in his emails to me; Namely that he will see those who brought this frivolous suit to bear to be held responsible for their actions. I believe every word of it, then and now. When the judge throws this out, it time to play hardball for real. Sullivan has SEC experience and knows what this is all about. That bunch of crooks can pack a toothbrush, cause they're gonna' need it where they're going.
