I was under the impression it was International Infusion.
The supposedly $5 million was on contingent of a 350 million share increase/ransom note.
I think it is Great News that they will not get or own anymore. And GC is now walking away from them.
And correct me if I'm wrong but this is the same Anson IMF mentioned here. (I still cannot find where Anson is named. If you have a link, it would be greatly appreciated.)
